Food-grade liquid soy lecithin — natural emulsifier, stabilizer, and antioxidant. Non-GMO, produced at our own facility in Moldova.
Soy lecithin E322 is a natural food additive produced as a by-product of soybean oil extraction at our crushing facility in Moldova. It functions as an emulsifier, stabilizer, and antioxidant, widely used in bakery, confectionery, chocolate, margarine, and instant food manufacturing.
Our lecithin is Non-GMO, compliant with EU Regulation No. 231/2012, and produced under FSSC 22000 and GMP+ certified conditions. Total phosphatide content ranges from 60% to 72%, with a shelf life of 24 months when stored at +5°C to +30°C.
